Responsibilities
Provide L1 support for AI-171
The Person al Belonging IT interface was developed using Salesforce CRM, ensuring smooth operations and facilitating users with the web interactions to get their connected data.
Respond to user queries and emails using the Web CRM interface.
L1- IT Operations Managing and Support.
Basic IT Operations Know-how to support users.
Monitor system functionality and perform routine checks.
Excel Sheet and other Microsoft tools know-how.
Escalate complex issues to L2/L3 teams.
Debugging and analytical skills.
Maintain incident logs and prepare basic reports.
Requirements
Bachelor's in Computer Science/IT.
Basic knowledge of CRM platforms (Salesforce/custom solutions).
Familiarity with ticketing tools and email systems.
Good communication (English/Hindi and good in case the candidate knows Gujarati) and problem-solving skills.
