Role Responsibilities

Collect and interpret data from various sources to identify trends and patterns.
Design and implement data analyses to support decision-making processes.
Create and maintain dashboards and reports to communicate data insights effectively.
Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to understand their data needs.
Ensure data integrity and accuracy throughout the data lifecycle.
Utilize statistical tools to identify, analyze, and interpret patterns in complex data sets.
Provide actionable insights to stakeholders based on data analysis.
Analyze historical data to forecast future trends.
Present findings and recommendations to internal teams and management.
Facilitate training and provide support for teams working with data.
Develop and maintain documentation for data systems and processes.
Identify new data sources and methods to enhance analytical capabilities.
Perform data cleaning and data validation as required.
Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to optimize data processes.
Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in data analytics.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field.
Proven experience as a Data Analyst or in a similar analytical role.
Strong proficiency in SQL and relational databases.

Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
Solid understanding of statistical analysis and data modeling techniques.
Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to work with large datasets.
Advanced Excel skills, including pivot tables and complex formulas.
Excellent communication skills to present findings clearly.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
Familiarity with programming languages (e.g., Python, R) is preferable.
Understanding of data privacy regulations and best practices.
Demonstrated ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Willingness to adapt to new tools and technologies as required.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
