Senior Associate - BI Engineer

Location: Prakāshamnagar

Roles & Responsibilities :
Designing and maintaining dashboards and reports using tools like Power BI, Tableau, or Cognos.
Performing data analysis to identify trends and support business decisions.
Gathering BI requirements and translating them into technical specifications.
Supporting data validation, testing, and documentation efforts.
Applying best practices in data modeling, visualization, and BI development.
Participating in Agile ceremonies and contributing to sprint planning and backlog grooming.
Basic Qualifications and

Experience:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
At least 5 years of relevant experience in business intelligence or data analytics.
Functional

Skills:

Exposure to data visualization tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Quick Sight.
Proficiency in SQL and scripting languages (e.g., Python) for data processing and analysis.
Familiarity with data modeling, warehousing, and ETL pipelines.
Understanding of data structures and reporting concepts.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Good-to-Have

Skills:

Familiarity with cloud services like AWS (e.g., Redshift, S3, EC2).
Understanding of Agile methodologies (Scrum, SAFe).
Knowledge of Dev Ops and CI/CD practices.
Familiarity with scientific or healthcare data domains.
