Role and Responsibilities

Design and develop modern, responsive web applications with a focus on performance and usability.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including design, backend development, and Quality Assurance (QA) to deliver robust solutions.
Convert business requirements into scalable technical specifications and architectural designs.
Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code using JavaScript, Type Script, React JavaScript Library (React.js), and Redux.
Maintain code quality through regular code reviews and thorough unit testing.
Build and sustain automated User Interface (UI) testing using tools like Playwright.
Guide and mentor junior developers while promoting best practices in frontend development.
Improve application performance and uphold high standards of accessibility and responsiveness.
Clearly articulate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Skills And Experience

8+ years of professional experience in JavaScript development.
Demonstrate expertise in HTML5, CSS3, SASS, and JavaScript (ES6+).
Hands-on with React.js and Redux frameworks.
Write UI test automation scripts using Playwright or similar frameworks.
Utilize modern frontend build tools and practices, such as Webpack and Babel.
Understand RESTful APIs and manage seamless frontend-backend integration.
Apply strong debugging and troubleshooting abilities across complex applications.
Communicate effectively and present technical ideas with clarity.
