Must have 10 years of experience in modules Service Now experience with Human Resource Service Delivery (HRSD), Configuration Management Database (CMD),CSM and IT Service Management (ITSM)
Must have done multiple end-to-end, full life cycle implementations modules CSM, ITSM, HRSD, CMD
Support Service Now Application Users
Service Now system support including Production and Sandbox environments
Covers modules:
Case, HR Case, Incident, Problem, Change, and Knowledge
ITSM, CSM, HRSD, Portal, Automation
Reports and Dashboard
Experience with Inbound and Outbound integrations with Service Now. Move integrations from the custom API call to the integration hub.
Service Now Release upgrade testing
Service Now Application security administration
User training for users to perform their day-to-day jobs by explaining Service Now standard practices
Must have excellent communication and presentation skills
Must have a pleasant attitude, be a team player
