Role Purpose :
To lead, maintain & improve Company’s Maintenance for maximum equipment availability time with optimum cost, safety & reliability

Roles reports to :
Engineering Head

Location :
Dahej , Gujarat ( Near Bharuch/Ankleshwar)

Qualification :

B.E/B. Tech Mechanical Engineering

Years of experience : 15-20 Years (out of which min. 5 years as HOD of Eng. Services of Chemical Plant

Key Focus Area

• To lead Maintenance function of multipurpose chemical plant

• To ensure maximum equipment availability time by Reducing cost of maintenance by applying innovative ideas and adhering to preventive maintenance.

• To Train employees on the importance of regular, scheduled maintenance and make sure they have the essential tools and time to do their job correctly and efficiently.

• Following strictly statutory govt. norms

• Documentation & analysis of maintenance activities according to norms, plant equipment function records & analysis

• TQM, TPM & advance maintenance practice knowledge & application, automation & AI, system orientation

• To have outstanding skills of multi-tasking, problem solving, and decision-making skills with the

complete difficult assignments in a fast paced, deadline driven environment

• Possess strong interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills

• Taking team together & ability to engage people

• Be a strong, hands-on manager with a “get the job done right” attitude

• Have computer proficiency in Microsoft office; preventative maintenance software /SAP B1

• Working knowledge of facilities machines and equipment used in factory (reactors, MSGL reactor, ANF, RVD, Vacuum pumps, Boilers, chilling plant, cooling towers, AHU etc.

• Ability to keep track of MIS, meeting & ensure P-D-C-A

• Outstanding organizational and leadership abilities
