Maintenance Manager - Electrical

Location: Prakāshamnagar

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced  Maintenance Head  to lead our maintenance function across all equipment and facilities. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing, implementing, and monitoring preventive maintenance schedules, managing a responsive maintenance team, and ensuring all operations comply with health, safety, and regulatory standards. This role plays a key part in minimizing downtime and maximizing equipment efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop, implement, and monitor preventive maintenance schedules for all machinery, equipment, and infrastructure.
Ensure timely response to maintenance requests and quick resolution of emergency repairs to minimize operational disruptions.
Lead and manage a team of maintenance personnel, promoting a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
Oversee the upkeep of plant facilities, utilities, and support systems to ensure safe and efficient operations.
Monitor maintenance KPIs such as downtime, MTTR, MTBF, and implement action plans for performance improvement.
Ensure full compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
Coordinate with production, quality, and other departments to align maintenance activities with operational needs.
Manage inventory of critical spare parts, tools, and maintenance supplies effectively.
Recommend and execute upgrades or improvements in equipment and maintenance practices.
