Senior Shift Incharge

Location: Thākurganj

Role Purpose
To manage shift-wise operations of ETP, WTP, and RO plants, ensuring smooth operations, statutory compliance, safety, and optimal water and effluent treatment performance.

Key Responsibilities
Oversee day-to-day shift operations of ETP, WTP, and RO systems.
Monitor and control key parameters such as pH, COD, BOD, TDS, DO, flow, and chemical dosing.
Ensure treated water and effluent meet PCB norms and internal standards.
Supervise operators and contract staff; ensure proper shift handover.
Coordinate with maintenance for preventive and breakdown activities.
Maintain logs, shift reports, and compliance documentation.
Ensure safety, SOP adherence, and good housekeeping practices.

Qualification & Experience

Qualification:

B.Sc. – Chemistry (mandatory)

Experience:

4–5 years in ETP, WTP & RO operations in a manufacturing/process industry

Key Skills
Strong knowledge of water & effluent treatment processes
Understanding of environmental compliance and PCB norms
Leadership and problem-solving skills
Willingness to work in shifts
