Production Officer / Production Executive

Job Location:

Vedharanyam, Nagapattinam District

We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented  Production Officer / Executive  from the  garment/apparel industry  to lead production operations with a strong focus on efficiency, quality, and employee welfare.

Requirements
Minimum  5–7 years of experience  in the  apparel/garment industry
Strong  leadership and team management  skills
Excellent  problem-solving and decision-making  abilities
Ability to  coordinate with HR and Employee Welfare teams  for:
Attendance control
Attrition management
Workforce engagement
Good communication and  commanding skills
Preference:  Female candidates
Location Preference:  Candidates from  Nagapattinam District / Vedharanyam area

Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement  production plans, schedules, and workflows  to meet targets
Ensure  smooth production flow  across all sections
Drive  100% capacity utilization  and  waste reduction
Closely monitor  sewing and packing  for best possible output
Achieve  maximum production at the lowest possible cost
Maintain discipline and productivity on the production floor
Ensure adherence to  garment production processes and quality standards
Implement  Industrial Engineering (IE) tools
Enforce  Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE)  standards and statutory compliance
