Role Purpose - To be responsible for the over all efficiency and success of a company's production process by overseeing planning, scheduling and resources management

Qualification B.E /B.Tech Chemical Engineering

Years of experience 10-15 Years

Focus Area:

➢Monitoring overall plant operations which includes Production planning & execution to achieve

production target.

➢Handling bromination of Bromine derivatives and Grignard reaction of Grignard reagents.

➢Handling fraction distillation of Bromine derivatives. .

➢Handling solvent recovery for Toluene, MDC, Methanol, THF, Cyclohexene.

➢Effectively utilizing manpower, machines and material resources to optimize operational efficiency,

problem rectification & trouble shooting.

➢Production planning and ROM for monthly / weekly and daily.

➢To maintain the batch manufacturing records and SOP's for all products.

➢Monitoring of production cost and take initiative to reduce cost.

➢Material management & procurement
