Factory Manager

Location: Dombivali

We are hiring a  Factory Manager  for our client, a reputed  Engineering Products Manufacturing Company  based in  Mumbai . The ideal candidate must have strong experience in  Pumps, Valves, and Fire Fighting systems , with end-to-end exposure to  factory operations, production management, and team leadership .

This is a  senior managerial role  requiring hands-on operational expertise, process control, and coordination across production, quality, and maintenance functions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee complete factory operations including production, maintenance, and quality.

• Manage manufacturing processes related to Pumps, Valves, and Fire Fighting products.

• Ensure production targets, quality standards, and safety norms are met.

• Coordinate with design, procurement, and supply chain teams.

• Lead and manage shop-floor teams, supervisors, and engineers.

• Implement process improvements to enhance productivity and efficiency.

• Ensure compliance with statutory, safety, and operational standards.

• Prepare MIS reports and support management decision-making.

B.E. Mechanical or Civil Engineering

Experience:

10+ years  in Engineering Manufacturing (Pumps / Valves / Fire Fighting background mandatory)

• Strong leadership and factory management exposure.

• Experience in handling large teams and shop-floor operations.

• Immediate joiners preferred.
