Roles and Responsibility
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for process improvement and implement changes.
Develop and maintain process documentation and standard operating procedures.
Analyze data and metrics to measure process performance and make recommendations for improvement.
Implement lean manufacturing principles to optimize processes and improve efficiency.
Work closely with stakeholders to understand business requirements and develop solutions.
Identify opportunities for cost savings and process improvements.
Job Requirements
Strong understanding of process improvement principles and methodologies.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
Ability to work effectively in a team environment and communicate complex ideas clearly.
Experience with process documentation and standard operating procedures.
Knowledge of lean manufacturing principles and their application in process improvement.
Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
