We’re Hiring | Researcher (International Affairs & Global South)
International Institute for Non-Aligned Studies (IINS)  is inviting applications for the position of  Researcher , to support its work on international relations, development policy, human rights, and issues concerning the Global South and Non-Aligned countries.

Role Overview
The Researcher will contribute to policy research, analytical reports, briefing notes, and publications aligned with IINS’s mandate as an international think tank

Key Responsibilities
Conduct qualitative and desk-based research on international affairs, geopolitics, development, and humanitarian issues
Draft research papers, policy briefs, background notes, and analytical articles
Support ongoing projects related to the Non-Aligned Movement, Global South cooperation, and multilateral institutions
Assist in data collection, fact-checking, and synthesis of reports for international audiences
Monitor global developments and contribute insights for publications, events, and dialogues

Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in International Relations, Political Science, Economics, Development Studies, Law, or related fields
Strong research, writing, and analytical skills
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
Prior experience with think tanks, academic research, policy institutions, NGOs, or media is an advantage
Interest in global governance, human rights, development policy, and South–South cooperation
