Job Description:

We are seeking an AI Scientist with strong expertise in pharma domain data and a deep understanding of foundation models. This role focuses on leveraging and augmenting existing models to generate insights that support clinical studies and oncology research.

Key Responsibilities
Utilize and augment foundation models for healthcare and pharma-specific datasets.
Drive data analysis and insight generation to support oncology-focused clinical trials.
Collaborate with computational biologists and data scientists to enhance research outcomes.
Package AI-driven solutions for integration into clinical study platforms.
Ensure compliance with regulatory standards in data handling and AI applications.

Qualifications:

B.S. in Computational Biology, AI, Data Science, or related field.
10–15 months of experience working with foundation models in healthcare or pharma contexts.
Strong understanding of pharma domain data, oncology research, and clinical trial workflows.
Proficiency in Python, data analysis tools, and familiarity with AI model augmentation techniques.
Preferred Skills
Background in computational biology or oncology.
Familiarity with agentic frameworks and AI-driven research tools.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, research-driven environment.
