Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for an E-commerce Associate located in Moradabad. The E-commerce Associate will manage daily operations of the e-commerce platform, update product listings, monitor inventory levels, and ensure timely order fulfillment. The role also involves responding to customer inquiries, analyzing sales data, and coordinating with teams for promotional campaigns and product availability.

Qualifications
Experience in E-commerce Management, including product listings and inventory updates
Skills in Customer Service, including handling inquiries and providing excellent support
Proficiency in Data Analysis and familiarity with sales reporting tools
Understanding of Marketing and Promotional Campaign Coordination
Strong organizational and multitasking skills
Proficiency in relevant software and e-commerce platforms
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Previous experience in retail or e-commerce is a plus
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
