Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced and result-driven   Store Manager   to lead our Purplle retail outlet. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overall store operations, sales performance, team management, customer experience, and compliance with company policies. Experience in beauty, cosmetics, or lifestyle retail will be an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities
Manage day-to-day store operations and ensure smooth functioning of the outlet
Drive sales performance and achieve monthly/annual targets
Ensure excellent customer service and enhance overall customer experience
Manage and motivate the store team including recruitment, training, scheduling, and performance management
Monitor inventory levels, stock replenishment, shrinkage control, and visual merchandising
Ensure adherence to company SOPs, HR policies, attendance, and discipline
Handle customer escalations and resolve complaints effectively
Analyze sales reports, KPIs, and take corrective actions where required
Coordinate with cluster/area managers and HO teams for operations and reporting
Ensure store hygiene, safety standards, and statutory compliance
Eligibility / Requirements
Graduate in any discipline (MBA/PG preferred)
Minimum   3 - 6 years of experience   in retail store management
Prior experience in   beauty, cosmetics, fashion, or lifestyle retail   preferred
Strong leadership, communication, and people management skills
Target-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
Good knowledge of inventory management, POS systems, and MS Excel
Willingness to work in shifts and on weekends/holidays
