About the role:

The Fan Engagement Senior Associate will play a key role in building and energizing the club’s fan base across schools, colleges, communities, events, and matchdays. This person will lead on-ground activations, manage fan databases, support digital campaigns, and help deliver a top-class matchday experience for both Punjab FC and Roundglass Sports entities.

What you’ll do:

* Fan Engagement Strategy Development:
Develop and execute a comprehensive fan engagement strategy that aligns with the PFC and Roundglass Sports' long-term goals and brand vision.
Identify and segment key fan demographics and develop tailored engagement strategies for each group.
Lead the conceptualization and execution of fan engagement campaigns for our school & college outreach program, matchdays, special events, and community initiatives.

* Fan Experience Management:
Coordinate matchday & event fan experiences, including giveaways, stadium activations, contests, and crowd engagement activities.
Oversee and continuously improve the fan experience both in-venue and online, ensuring fans have exceptional and memorable interactions with PFC and Roundglass Sports.
Monitor and evaluate fan sentiment through surveys, feedback, and social media to understand their needs and expectations.

* Community & Grassroots Engagement:
Lead, plan, and execute fan engagement activities across Punjab, including school/college visits, fan clubs, and football/other sports tournaments.
