Role Description

This is a full-time remote role as a United Kingdom Customs Clearance Agent. Responsibilities include managing customs brokerage activities, processing import and export documentation, ensuring compliance with customs regulations, and facilitating smooth cargo clearance. The role involves liaising with customers, government agencies, and other stakeholders to address queries and provide high-quality support while ensuring timely execution of clearance tasks.
Qualifications

Strong knowledge of Customs Brokerage and thorough understanding of applicable regulations and procedures
Proficiency in handling Import and Export documentation and processes
Minimum 1 year of working experience in UK courier clearance is mandatory
Candidate must have a good understanding of HMRC compliance, regulations, and documentation related to courier and logistics operations in the United Kingdom.
Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills to interact with clients and authorities efficiently
Attention to detail and ability to ensure compliance with regulations and documentation accuracy
Prior experience in customs clearance, logistics, or international trade is a plus
Knowledge of the logistics industry in the United Kingdom is preferred
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively in a remote environment
