As an Event Concierge, you will ensure exceptional event experiences by anticipating needs, coordinating details, and delivering outstanding service to planners and guests.

What

You’ll Do

• Greet meeting/event planners in their meeting room to review agendas and timelines to ensure complete satisfaction.
• Check each meeting room for accuracy of set-up according to Banquet Event Orders (BEO) prior to event.
• Follow the Event Concierge checklist each day for each meeting room and submit to the supervisor.
• Attend and participate in daily BEO meetings (when required), daily team Stand-Up meetings, and Pre-Convention meetings for assigned events.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

What You’ll Bring

• Desire to take initiative and self-motivate.
• Good judgment and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to lift, carry, or otherwise move up to 10 lbs. regularly and 25 lbs. occasionally, as well as stand and move for extended periods of time.

Compensation starts at $18.00 to $22.00 per hour!
