This salaried, onsite role leads our N1 team across multiple departments, ensuring safety, quality, and production targets are met while maintaining team engagement.
You will coach line leads, run pre-shift briefings, manage staffing and daily priorities, and collaborate with maintenance, QA, and sanitation to resolve issues.
