Jake's Heating, Air & Plumbing is growing, and we're looking for an experienced Residential Service Plumber who knows their craft, thinks on their feet, and knows how to turn problems into solutions.

What You'll Be Doing

• Diagnose Like a Pro: Troubleshoot residential plumbing issues, identify the root cause, and recommend effective solutions.
• Own Your Calls: Manage service appointments, stay productive, and deliver quality work from start to finish.
• Fix It Right: Perform plumbing repairs, replacements, and installations involving water heaters, fixtures, toilets, faucets, water lines, and more.
• Spot the Opportunity: Recognize when replacement or upgrades make more sense than another repair.
• Build Trust, Deliver Results: Explain findings, present options, and help homeowners make confident decisions.
• Think on Your Feet: Solve problems, overcome challenges, and keep jobs moving.
• Stay Accountable: Document service calls, estimates, materials, and completed work accurately in our CRM.
• Work as a Team: Partner with dispatch, installation, and leadership to deliver a great customer experience.

What We're Looking For

• Residential plumbing service experience required.
• Plumbing license preferred, but not required.
• Strong diagnostic, troubleshooting, and repair skills.
• Confidence communicating with homeowners and presenting repair or replacement options.
• A competitive, goal-driven mindset with a commitment to quality workmanship.
• Someone who takes initiative, works independently within their qualifications, and takes ownership of their results.
• Strong customer service skills, a positive attitude, and a solid work ethic.
• Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record.
• Ability to successfully complete a background check and drug screening.
