Lancesoft is seeking an HVAC/R Technician II for an onsite, Indianapolis, IN role. Duration is 12 months with potential to convert to permanent. Responsibilities include installation and repair of air-conditioning units, refrigerant handling, and preventative maintenance across cooling towers, furnaces, and related equipment.
The incumbent will work with cross-functional teams, train junior mechanics, and may oversee parts of the project asional overtime may be required.
