R.E. Michel Company seeks an HVACR Technical Service Advisor to respond to technical questions, troubleshoot field issues, and support dealers across IN, IL, WI, IA. The TSA travels to job sites and collaborates with manufacturers to promote product improvements.
You will maintain records, participate in semi-annual meetings, and stay current on HVACR equipment and hydronics. Strong communication and electrical/duct design knowledge are essential. Reports to the Director of Technical Services.
