Accounting and Tax Manager

Manage and oversee daily accounting operations in accordance with applicable accounting standards and regulations.

Develop, review, and control company tax planning and compliance activities.

Handle SP2DK, tax audits, and correspondence with the Indonesian Tax Office.

Ensure timely and accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual tax reporting.

Prepare financial statements and tax analysis reports for management and HQ.

Lead and actively participate in meetings with HQ in English.

Monitor updates in accounting and tax regulations and ensure company compliance.

Coordinate with external parties such as auditors, tax consultants, and tax authorities.

Supervise and develop the accounting and tax team.

Tangerang Selatan (Serpong)

• Supervise and develop the accounting and tax team.

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Minimum 5–7 years of experience in accounting and taxation, preferably in a managerial position.
• Expert knowledge in Indonesian taxation, including Corporate Income Tax and VAT.
• Proven experience in handling SP2DK and tax audits.
• Professional proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
• Strong leadership, analytical, and problem‑solving skills.
• Detail‑oriented, proactive, and able to work under pressure.
• Willing to work on‑site in Serpong, Tangerang Selatan.
