Accounting Supervisor

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting/ Finance is a must

Minimal 5 years experience in related fields

Proficient in accounting software and Microsoft Office (Excellent in Ms-excell)

Strong communication, problem solving, and analytical skills

Ability to meet deadlines and work under pressure

Ability to work independently or as a team

Review and oversee daily operations of the accounting department, including journal entries, reconciliations, and closing processes.

Perform monthly bank reconciliation and intercompany reconciliation

Conduct detailed balance sheet reviews and coordinate with relevant departments to ensure accuracy.

Review monthly counter party aging reports (Trade Payables, Trade Receivables, Other Payables/Receivables, Prepayments, and Advances).

Making financial analysis and statement, report to management monthly

Assist annual audit preparations

Ensure the accuracy, timeliness, and integrity of all financial reports.
