Accounting Lead

Responsibilities

Monitor job costing and profitability, ensuring accurate cost tracking.

Manage cost accounting for materials, labor, and overhead specific to ready-mix concrete production.

Coordinate with auditors during external audits and provide necessary documents.

Work closely with operations to ensure accurate pricing, billing, and reporting of jobs in progress.

Provide guidance on financial matters to other departments.

Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.

Oversee day-to-day accounting operations, including general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and bank reconciliation.

Prepare and maintain all working papers, including fixed assets and prepaid expenses.

• Min. Bachelor’s degree in Accounting.
• 3 years of related experience required.
• Have experience working in a Public Accounting Firm (KAP).
• Experience in the Manufacturing Industry is a plus.
• High level of attention to detail and accuracy.
• International reporting standard: EBITDA, and contribution margin concept.
• Familiar with IFRS and PSAK rules.
• Willing to work full WFO at Metland Puri Cipondoh.
