Costing Specialist

Position Overview

Full‑time Costing Specialist role within Asia Pulp and Paper Group (APP), a leading global pulp and paper company. The position involves maintaining costing, reporting and variance analysis for manufacturing operations.

• Bachelor degree in Accounting / Finance with a minimum 3.00 GPA.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in a related field, preferably in the manufacturing industry.
• Experience maintaining costing, reporting, especially COGM & COGS.
• Strong analytical thinking, data reporting, analysis and problem‑solving skills.
• Computer literacy: MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint and e‑mail.
• Experience with SAP System.
• Knowledge of cost accounting principles, budgeting process and variance analysis.
• High attention to detail, accuracy and responsibility.

Candidate must be willing to work at Cikupa, Tangerang.
