In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales performance, coaching the team, and implementing effective sales strategies aligned with the automotive market. • Lead and manage the automotive sales team to achieve and exceed monthly and annual sales targets
• Analyze automotive market trends and customer preferences to develop effective sales strategies
• Provide hands-on coaching, motivation, and training to improve team performance and productivity
• Work closely with the marketing department to plan promotions, campaigns, and lead-generation activities
• Ensure excellent customer experience and satisfaction throughout the sales process

• Minimum Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in Management, Marketing, or a related field
• At least 1 year of experience as a Sales Supervisor, preferably in the automotive industry
• Strong leadership qualities with proven ability to lead and motivate a team
• Results-oriented and capable of working under pressure in a target-driven environment
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Solid understanding of sales processes and automotive industry dynamics
