• Accounting & Bookkeeping:
  Redefining what it means to do accounting, bookkeeping, tax and payroll thanks to our proprietary Sleek Books ledger, AI tools and exceptional customer service.
• Fin Tech payments:
  Overcoming a key challenge for entrepreneurs by offering digital banking services to new businesses.

Sleek launched in 2017 and now has around 15,000 customers across our offices in Singapore, Hong Kong, Australia and the UK. We have around 500 staff with an intact start‑up mindset.

We are looking for a Senior Product Designer who is excited about the mission and outcomes below.

You will be the customer champion who defines how the user interacts with Sleek in their journey. From making onboarding simpler to hand‑holding them on key tasks, to creating a wonderful service experience, everything will be your responsibility. You will be the guardian of the user experience for both internal and external customers.

• Improve core usability and activation metrics.
• Contribute to and enhance Sleek's design system.
• Champion a user‑centered approach to design.

• Minimum 5–8 years of experience as a Product Designer or UX/UI Designer.
• Role based in India (remote).

The successful candidate will participate in the following interview stages. The process is anticipated to last no more than three weeks from start to finish.

  : 60‑minute chat with the hiring manager to discuss your last one‑two roles in detail.
• Whiteboarding / case study session
  : 60‑minute chat with the hiring manager where you will be given real‑life challenges this role faces and asked for your approach to solving them.
• Soft skills assessment
