Position: Senior Product Designer (UI/UX)
Location: South Tangerang

Senior Product Designer

We are looking for a Senior Product Designer who is excited about the mission and outcomes below.

Mission

You will be the customer champion who defines how the user interacts with Sleek in their journey. From making onboarding simpler to hand‑holding them on key tasks, to creating a wonderful service experience, everything will be your responsibility. You will be the guardian of the user experience for both internal and external customers.

Requirements
  • Minimum 5–8 years of experience as a Product Designer or UX/UI Designer.
  • Role based in India (remote).

Interview Process

The successful candidate will participate in the following interview stages. The process is anticipated to last no more than three weeks from start to finish.

  • HR screening
    : 30‑minute chat with TA for initial HR screening.
  • Technical assessment
    : 60‑minute chat with the hiring manager to discuss your last one‑two roles in detail.
  • Whiteboarding / case study session
    : 60‑minute chat with the hiring manager where you will be given real‑life challenges this role faces and asked for your approach to solving them.
  • Soft skills assessment
    : 60‑minute chat with a member of HR or leadership to understand your recent work situations and how you think and work.
