• Lead end-to-end execution of LV & MV switch gear projects, from initiation to commissioning.
• Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and resource allocation strategies.
• Coordinate with engineering, procurement, manufacturing, and site teams to ensure seamless project delivery.
• Monitor project progress and proactively manage risks, issues, and changes.
• Ensure compliance with relevant standards (IEC, IEEE, local regulations) and customer specifications.
• Manage stakeholder communication, including clients, vendors, and internal teams.
• Prepare and present regular project status reports to management and clients.
• Ensure adherence to safety protocols and quality standards throughout the project lifecycle.
• Support tendering (supplier) activities with technical and execution inputs.

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of project management experience in LV & MV switch gear or electrical infrastructure projects.
• Certified Project Management Professional (PMP or equivalent).
• Strong understanding of electrical systems, switch gear technologies, and project execution methodologies.
• Proficient in project management tools (MS Project etc.).
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem‑solving skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

• Experience with digital switch gear solutions and smart grid technologies.
• Familiarity with factory acceptance testing (FAT), site acceptance testing (SAT), and commissioning protocols.
• Knowledge of contract management and commercial aspects of project execution.
