We are seeking a detail-oriented and technically proficient AutoCAD Drafter to join our M&E team, supporting a diverse range of projects across buildings, industrial, and power sectors. This role involves producing high-quality technical drawings and documentation to support the design and delivery of building services, industrial systems, and power infrastructure
** Key Responsibilities
*** Prepare accurate 2D and 3D drawings using AutoCAD for mechanical and electrical systems across buildings, industrial facilities, and power projects.
* Develop motor starter schematics, instrumentation layouts, and P&.
* Collaborate with engineers and project managers to ensure drawings meet project specifications and standards.
* Maintain drawing registers and ensure version control across all documentation.
* Assist in the coordination of services layouts with architectural and structural disciplines.
* Ensure compliance with local codes, BECA standards, and client requirements.
** Qualifications & Experience
*** Diploma or Certificate in Drafting, Engineering, or a related field.
* Minimum 2 years of experience in AutoCAD drafting within building services, industrial, or power sectors.
* Proficiency in AutoCAD; experience with Revit or other BIM tools is an advantage but not required.
* Familiarity with M&E systems or Electrical, instrumentation & Controls (EIC).
* Experience with Autodesk Inventor is a bonus but not a requirement.
* Strong attention to detail and ability to work within tight deadlines.
