Project Compliance Supervisor – PT Merdeka Copper Gold Tbk

Location:

South Jakarta, Jakarta, Indonesia.

• Ensure that the Feasibility Study, GoIFS/AMDAL, and other project compliance documents follow the latest guidelines from the Government of Indonesia.
• Supervise all aspects of the GoIFS/AMDAL and other project compliance documents, tracking progress, reporting, and finding solutions to fill gaps.
• Supervise the overall process flow for GoIFS/AMDAL and other project compliance document preparation, including compiling and supervising internal resource support and external consultant deliverables.
• Build and maintain good relationships with government stakeholders to support the provision of permits and project compliance.
• Develop and manage a project progress tracker to align with the project timeline.
• Create and distribute weekly/monthly project tracking and progress reports; develop a database to ensure all permits and compliance are properly monitored.
• Monitor and supervise compliance aspects of licensing in mining business entities.
• Evaluate government regulations relating to company operations to ensure the company does not violate any rules.
• Manage company user s for licensing applications through the Government's online system.

• Degree in Mining Engineering, Geology, Marine, or Environmental Engineering.
• Over 5 years of mining experience; experience in mining operation, mine engineering or copper–gold and nickel mining preferred.
• 2–3 years working with Feasibility Study (FS) consultant works and other technical consultant works.
• Excellent track record of regulatory understanding.
• Proven community or government relations skills would be an asset.
• Strong administrative and management reporting skills.
