R & D Technical Support Staff

• R&D Technical Support focuses on providing technical support to the R&D team and customers in the development and use of raw materials for cosmetic products. Primary duties include testing and evaluating the quality of materials, providing technical recommendations regarding product formulation, and ensuring that the materials used meet quality standards and industry regulations. In addition, this position also involves coordination with raw material suppliers, preparation of technical reports, and internal education regarding products and their applications.
  
  Analytical skills, communication skills, and a deep understanding of cosmetic materials and their regulations are key in this position.

• Create formula trials.
• Analyze formula test results and create reports.
• Conduct customer visits with the team.

• Maximum age 30 years
• Minimum education S-1 / Pharmacy / Chemistry / Chemical Engineering
• Minimum 2 (two) years experience in the field of R&D Cosmetic Industry
• Mastering active English both verbally and in writing
• Proficient in using computers at least MS-office
• Responsible, honest, disciplined, thorough, proactive, teamwork.
