• Participate in the planning and design of hotel MEP systems,including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and fire protection systems; preparetechnical specifications and working drawings; and ensure integration with overall building design.
• Supervise the installation of MEP systems during construction or renovation projects, ensuring contractor work complies with quality standards, safety regulations, and applicable technical codes.
• Manage both preventive and corrective maintenance of MEPsystems, identify potential failures, resolve technical issues, and evaluate system performance to support continuous improvement.
• Lead and manage the MEP technical team, develop training programs, and foster motivation and a work culture that supports the achievement of optimal performance.
• Prepare regular reports on MEP system performance and manage technical and administrative documentation, including maintenance records,inspections, and installations.
• Actively coordinate with various hotel departments to ensurethe MEP systems effectively support hotel operations in an efficient and sustainable manner.

• Male candidates between 30 to 45 years old, with at least aBachelor's degree (S1) and preferably a Master's degree (S2) in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering.
• Minimum of 6 years of work experience in construction,consultancy, or property development.
• Able to read and analyze technical designs.
• Strong technical knowledge in MEP management, including machinery, HVAC, electrical, and plumbing systems.
• Experienced in handling construction projects, especially for buildings or hotels.
• Good understanding of MEP-related regulations and standards.
• Detail-oriented and able to work under pressure.
