Drafter

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Drafter with strong experience in water resources engineering and proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D
. The ideal candidate will support the design and drafting of civil infrastructure related to water supply, drainage, irrigation, flood control, and other hydrological systems. You will work closely with engineers and project teams to develop accurate and high-quality drawings that align with project requirements and industry standards.

• Develop and prepare detailed engineering drawings and design documents using AutoCAD Civil 3D
  , including:
  • Topographic and contour mapping
  • Pipe networks (stormwater, sanitary, water)
  • Grading plans, sections, and profiles
  • Earthwork calculations and surface modeling
• Collaborate with engineers to translate conceptual designs into technical drawings and construction documents.
• Review and revise drawings based on redlines, feedback, or design changes.
• Produce and update as-built drawings in coordination with site engineers and survey teams.
• Ensure all drawings comply with company CAD standards and local/regional regulations.
• Assist in organizing and maintaining project files, drawing logs, and documentation.
• Coordinate with other design disciplines (structural, mechanical, electrical) when needed.

Support in QA/QC processes to ensure drawing accuracy and completeness.

• Experience:
  At least 3 years of drafting experience in water resources or civil infrastructure projects.
• Software Proficiency:
  • AutoCAD (2D & 3D) – required
  • AutoCAD Civil 3D – required
  • Sketch Up – for 3D modeling and presentation
  • Revit – preferred, especially for BIM projects
