- Calculate quantities and prepare Bills of Quantities (BQ) and budgets for MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing) works.
- Research and maintain up-to-date knowledge of MEP material prices, suppliers, and contractors.
- Develop value engineering proposals based on consultant designs to optimize project costs.
- Coordinate closely with other Quantity Surveyors, contractors, and internal teams to ensure project objectives are met effectively.
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical/Electronic Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as an MEP Quantity Surveyor, preferably in mixed-use or high-rise building projects.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and AutoCAD 2D.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
