• Prepare MEP technical planning (design, specifications, calculations) according to project requirements.
• Review MEP shop drawings and technical documents from internal teams or contractors.
• Supervise MEP installation works on-site to ensure compliance with standards and schedule.
• Coordinate with architectural, civil, and other related teams to ensure proper integration of MEP systems.
• Conduct regular inspections and ensure the quality of MEP installations meets specifications.
• Provide technical solutions for MEP-related issues during construction.
• Prepare regular progress reports on MEP works.
• Ensure all MEP works comply with HSE regulations, SNI, and relevant government standards.
• Oversee testing and commissioning of MEP systems.
• Manage MEP technical documentation for project handover and archiving.

• Diploma/Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related fields.
• Minimum of 1–3 years of experience in MEP, preferably in construction or infrastructure projects.
• Proficient in MEP standards and regulations (SNI, NEC, ASHRAE, NFPA, etc.).
• Skilled in reading and creating MEP technical drawings using AutoCAD, Revit MEP, or similar software.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and cross-disciplinary coordination skills.
• Knowledge of occupational safety (HSE) principles and safe MEP installation practices.
• Detail-oriented, communicative, and able to work under pressure.
• Willing to be assigned to project sites.
