The Opportunity:
Site Engineers

This is an exciting growing period for TTW and our Structural Engineering team in Jakarta have a key part to play on this journey. As aSite Engineeryou will bring strong structural knowledge to oversee contractor works, ensuring compliance with drawings and specifications. The ideal candidate will possess excellent problem-solving skills, sound technical judgment, and the confidence to communicate effectively and resolve on-site issues.

In this role you will:

• Apply a deep understanding of engineering principles to devise and deliver practical and economical solutions to problems.
• Use knowledge and initiative to devise and implement new approaches to complex engineering problems.
• Contribute to project planning and deliver within program and budget.
• Liaise with TTW engineers for successful design implementation.
• Liaise and coordinate with builders, architects, and service engineers on design issues.

Who we are looking for:

This role is ideally suited to someone with:

• 5+ years’ experience in Civil (structural) Engineering.
• Strong technical ability and understanding of the engineering principals.
• Good understanding of the Indonesian Codes and Standards.
• Ability in using MS Office (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel) is an advantage.
• Interpersonal and Communication

  Ability to communicate in English in written and verbal clearly and tactfully.
• Problem solving and Positive attitude.
