• Supervise MEP system installations during construction or renovation projects to ensure contractor compliance with quality standards, safety regulations, and applicable codes.
• Design and plan MEP systems, including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and fire protection to ensure seamless integration with building design and technical standards for hote l and other con structio n p rojec ts .
• Oversee preventive and corrective maintenance by troubleshooting issues, resolving technical faults, and optimizing MEP system performance.
• Conduct regular audits to ensure systems comply with local codes and health & safety regulations and mitigate technical risks.
• Monitor MEP-related budgets, ensuring efficient allocation of resources and cost-effective project execution.
• Prepare regular performance reports on MEP systems and manage technical documentation, including maintenance records, inspection logs, and installation data.
• Collaborate with various hotel departments to ensure MEP systems operate efficiently and support sustainable hotel operations.
• Lead and foster the MEP technical team through structured training and a performance-driven work environment.

• Bache lor's degree in Technical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related engineering field ( Master’s degree is a plus) .
• Minimum 6 years of experience in a similar position.
• Strong technical knowledge in MEP engineering, including mechanical, HVAC, electrical, and plumbing systems, with experience in building and hotel construction projects.
• Familiar with MEP regulations, codes, engineering designs, technical drawings and compliance standards.
• Strong leadership with excellent communication skills.
• Detail-oriented and able to perform under pressure .
