Position Overview:

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Production and Aftersales Service Engineer to join our dynamic team. This role is ideal for recent graduates who are passionate about mechatronics or electronics and eager to learn hands-on in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

• Assist in the assembly, calibration, and testing of coffee roasting machines
• Support the production team in maintaining high-quality manufacturing standards
• Provide technical assistance and troubleshooting during machine installations and servicing
• Participate in aftersales service activities including preventive maintenance and customer support
• Document and report service activities and production progress
• Collaborate with engineering and R&D teams for continuous improvement

• Diploma (D3) or Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Mechatronics, Electrical Engineering, or related field
• Strong technical aptitude and interest in mechanical and electronic systems
• Willingness to learn and grow in a hands-on engineering role
• Good communication skills and a service-oriented mindset
• Able to work both independently and in a team
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply

• Experience with machine assembly or servicing
• Ability to read technical drawings and electrical schematics
• Basic knowledge of PLCs, arduino, sensors, or automation systems
