Job Description:

• Quality Assurance
  :
  Ensuring that all project activities meet the required quality standards and regulatory requirements.
• Risk Management
  :
  Identifying and mitigating risks that could impact the safe and efficient operation of the facility.
• Compliance
  :
  Ensuring compliance with industry standards, safety regulations, and environmental guidelines.
• Performance Monitoring
  :
  Continuously monitoring project performance to ensure that it aligns with the operational objectives.
• Stakeholder Communication
  :
  Keeping all stakeholders informed about the project’s progress and any potential issues that could affect operations.

• Preparation for Handover
  :
  Ensuring that the facility is fully prepared for handover to the operations team, including all necessary documentation and training.
• Operational Procedures
  :
  Developing and implementing operational procedures and guidelines to ensure safe and efficient operation.
• Training and Competency
  :
  Providing training to the operations team to ensure they are competent and ready to take over the facility.
• Commissioning and Start-Up
  :
  Overseeing the commissioning and start-up processes to ensure they are conducted safely and efficiently.
• Maintenance Planning
  :
  Developing maintenance plans to ensure the long-term reliability and availability of the facility.

Adopt standard safe work practices and procedures in accordance with the Safety.

• Bachelor’s in Engineering or a related field.
• 15+ years of experience within the upstream oil and gas industry/PSC company.
• Strong knowledge of industry standards, regulations, and best practices related to operation assurance and readiness.
• Solid technical expertise in upstream oil and gas operations and maintenance is a plus.
• Certification in relevant areas (e.g., ISO 9001, Six Sigma) is a plus.
