Location: Kota Bandung

We are seeking a detail-oriented and process-driven Industrial Engineer to lead the development of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Service Standards in the field of water resources infrastructure and operations. This role is essential to ensure consistency, efficiency, and quality in technical and service delivery related to water systems such as irrigation, drainage, flood control, and water supply.

ABOUT YOUKey Responsibilities:
  • Design, document, and standardize SOPs for operations, maintenance, inspection, and emergency response in water resource systems.
  • Develop Service Standards to define measurable performance levels in areas such as water delivery, response time, system uptime, and maintenance.
  • Collaborate with technical teams, field engineers, and project stakeholders to gather input and validate workflow accuracy.
  • Conduct workflow analysis and process mapping to improve operational efficiency and compliance.
  • Ensure that SOPs align with regulatory standards (e.g., Ministry of Public Works guidelines, environmental and safety standards).
  • Train and socialize SOPs and service procedures to field staff and technicians.
  • Support internal audits or assessments related to quality management systems (ISO or similar).

Continuously review and update SOPs in response to system upgrades, new technologies, or lessons learned from field incidents.

Qualifications:
  • Education:
    Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering or a related field.
  • Experience:
    Minimum 2 years of experience in process standardization, SOP development, or operational improvement — preferably in infrastructure or water resource projects.
  • Technical Skills:
    • Proficient in SOP writing, workflow analysis, and service level documentation.
    • Understanding of water infrastructure systems (e.g., pumping stations, canals, flood control systems).
    • Skilled in documentation tools (e.g., Microsoft Word, Excel, Visio, or flowcharting software).
    • Familiarity with ISO standards, QHSE, or government regulations in public infrastructure is a plus.
  • Soft Skills:
    • Strong analytical and process-thinking mindset.
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
    • Able to coordinate across departments and manage multiple documentation projects.
    • Detail-oriented and quality-focused.
