We are looking for a Graduate Trainee to join our team to perform the design activities. Preparing 3D models, drawings and Bill of Material (BOM), work instructions and other technical documents for product, assembly fixture and test fixture. Besides joining the verification and validation of the design, performing the product troubleshooting, testing, data collection and reporting. Also, support the cost improvement projects and test lab activities.

It is crucial to ensure all tasks are delivered on time.

• Support the design related activities for the products produced in VAT Malaysia.
• Prepare 3D model, drawing and Bill of Material (BOM) for product design, assembly fixture and test fixture.
• Prepare the technical documents and work instructions.
• Verify and validate the design.
• Perform product troubleshooting, testing, data collection and reporting.
• Perform design change and support change management.
• Support the design engineer for cost improvement project.

• Fresh graduate of local / overseas institution with cumulative minimum CGPA 3.40 or equivalent. (Mechanical engineering discipline are preferred)
• Proactive, agile, creative, self‑motivated
• Sense of responsibility
• Able to work independently
• Team player, ability to collaborate professionally in fast‑paced environment
• Good communication skills, with good English efficiency.
• Skill in 3D‑CAD
• Strong analytical skills
