SR ELECTRICAL ENGINEER

Currently, TRIPATRA is looking for Sr Electrical Engineer for project based agreement.

To ensure engineering deliverables quality and to guide the team for technical skill upgradation.

• Define and coordinate the required system for Engineering development (quality tools, manual, software, etc.) along with the Head of Department.
• Review the updated or new developed quality tools (design manuals, standards, checklists, calculation and report templates, etc.).
• Along with QA team, develop procedure and implementation method to ensure the implementation of engineering quality tools.
• Identify and list the critical deliverables (PSKDL).
• Review and check Project / Proposal Design Basis.
• Provide technical support/advise for all critical problem resolution & check of key documents (Critical Specifications, Philosophy, Procedure, Datasheets, Drawings, RFQ, TBA, etc as defined in PSKDL).
• Establish engineering sequences and execution plan including use of activity checklists, design manuals, standard calculations sheet, etc.
• Involve in inter discipline check & design review, ensure use of interface checklists.
• Review and check Design Basis/Basis of Estimate, Critical Specifications and Datasheets, Study and report (if any), critical calculation and drawings.
• Assist preparation of project discipline risk register, to identify risk potential cost impact and attend Proposal Risk Workshop as required.

• Minimum Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering.
• 10-20 years of experience in design engineering for oil & gas engineering / EPC projects either upstream or downstream / Petrochemicals or Chemical plant.
• Experience in offshore projects is a must.
• Excellent knowledge of current International codes and standards.
• Experience performing engineering deliverables for Conceptual study/FEED/Detailed Engineering projects of at least three (03) major EPC projects.
• Experience completing engineering/design of at least one oil & gas either upstream or downstream / Petrochemical or Chemical Plant EPC project or experience in completing Conceptual & Feasibility Study, Pre-FEED & FEED (FEL 0,1,2,3) in oil & gas Offshore & Onshore / Petrochemical or Chemical Plant as Lead engineer.
• Experience as specialist in Engineering consultant offices or EPC companies.
• Willingness to travel or be assigned to project sites as required.
