Cost Control Specialist

Possess Bachelor in any Engineering Degree with specialization in Project Management or Senior Cost Control Engineer related training
Minimum 4 years relevant and similar capacity in project estimating and cost controlling
Technically strong in project cost planning, scheduling and reporting
Proficient skill in using Microsoft Project, Primavera, Ms. Project
Strong analytical and problem solving skills and meticulous
Possess good project background and technical writing ability and skills
Mature, proactive, resourceful and hands‑on with good initiative
Competent in organization and analysis of project costing data
Willing to be placed in Serpong and can travel to project sites

Job Responsibilities

To create structure & organize CAPEX for each discipline.
To control project budget (CAPEX) by SAP-PS System.
To prepare Capex (PR / PO & external service status report Weekly & Monthly).
Support Global Project Group Review and revise Project SOPs & Guidelines, Bill of Quantity, prepare reports to Shareholders for Final Settlement.
Monitoring of On-going project
