Job requirement

Having an experience for QC Civil engineering 10 years or more.

Min. 18 y.o.

Fluent in English.

Must me able to carry out independent tasks and inspection.

Able to survey verticality and columns.

Able to interpret design drawings.

Well acquainted with civil design codes, industry standards, local regulations and standards.

Able to survey quantity and make reports.

Able to use civil design software for stability analysis of structures and foundations.

Suggest improvement in work methods (related to individual KPI) and quality.

Have deep understanding on QC checks, strength tests, concrete testing.

Able to coordinate well with other disciplines having interface with civil construction work.

Ability to intervene on discrepancy between design and actual construction.

Good knowledge on construction safety principles and regulations.

Able to intervene and stop job by contractor (in discussion with division head) if the job quality does not follow standards.

Job description and responsibility

Check and verify rebar size and quantity.

Check quality of construction materials.

Carry out independent audit of structures, buildings, foundations, pedestals of pipe racks and make details plan for repair, related to individual KPI.

Check quality for all the civil works under the division and suggest improvements.

Audit and suggest precast work methods for buildings, roads.

Carry out pre pouring inspections.
