OverviewAs a Field Engineer you will be the key interface between on‑site teams and customers. You will lead crews to install, maintain, and start equipment, ensuring job‑site services exceed expectations while driving technical solutions and supporting your customers.
Responsibilities- Coordinating with crew members to deploy tools and services, including liaison with customers and shore‑based Operations Managers.
- Participating in finding solutions to complex technical problems through hands‑on work at the rig site.
- Preparing, documenting, and receiving outbound and inbound equipment and products, including products to and from the well site.
- Providing support for tenders, including data analysis and cost estimates, and performing invoicing activities.
- Engaging in job shadowing opportunities to develop a holistic understanding of the business.
- Graduated with a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (all fields), Engineering Technology, Mathematics, Chemistry, Geosciences, or a similar discipline within the last 36 months.
- Minimum cumulative GPA of 2.75 on a 4.0 scale (or equivalent).
- Fluent in written and spoken English with excellent communication skills.
- Legally entitled to work in Indonesia without company sponsorship or time restriction.
- Strong interpersonal skills and aptitude for teamwork, able to guide others.
- Demonstrates leadership, critical thinking, numerical, data‑analysis, and project‑management abilities.
