Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or Environmental Engineering

Minimum 5+ years of experience in water infrastructure, utilities or pipeline projects.

Strong technical knowledge of primary & secondary water distribution systems
.

Excellent project management, leadership, and problem-solving skills.

Good understanding of construction standards, safety regulations, and permitting processes.

Strong interpersonal skills to coordinate with contractors, consultants, and government stakeholders.

Able to operate hydraulic modeling software (Water

GEMS), AutoCAD and basic GIS Tools.

Willing to be assigned to any project location as needed.

Supervise field survey activities and technical design development (DED) to ensure all technical data meets project requirements.

Coordinate and communicate intensively with engineers, consultants, and relevant stakeholders to ensure timely completion of DED and BoQ.

Review and validate DED and BoQ outputs to ensure compliance with design standards, cost estimations, and applicable technical and operational criteria.

Submit completed DED and BoQ to the Construction Project Leader and the Licensing Team to be executed by contractors according to the established schedule.

Identify potential deviations in project planning and scheduling, and recommend corrective actions to maintain project efficiency and effectiveness.

Develop and guide the team to strengthen competencies, discipline, and performance in supporting Demand & Planning activities.
