Senior Water and Wastewater Treatment Solutions Project Manager - 6mth contract

Flocqua is seeking an experienced Project Manager to safely, efficiently manage and deliver clean and waste water treatment solution projects in Indonesia. This is an exciting opportunity to join our team and be key in delivering projects across multiple sites to approved scope, quality, schedule, and budget. This is a contract position for at least 6 months.

What you'll be responsible for

Lead, direct and partner with internal/external stakeholders to deliver projects efficiently

Plan and deliver projects through all phases from initiation to handover, managing project progress, milestones, risks, schedule, quality and costs, optional part of post commissioning Client support team.

Identify and mitigate commercial risks, including claims management and dispute resolution

Ensure compliance with contractual obligations and commercial terms

Identify and manage legal, regulatory, safety and Flocqua requirements

Oversee or manage site works, commissioning, start-up activities and operational readiness

Conduct lessons learned reviews and continuous improvement initiatives.

What You'll Need to be Successful

Degree in Mechanical or Chemical Engineering, Project Management and related field, background in M&E Engineering is favorable.

Minimum 8+ years of demonstrated experience successfully managing the design, construction and commissioning of water and waste water construction infrastructure projects.

Strong proven contract management skills.

Proven ability to work autonomously, collaboratively and take full ownership of site works and construction projects from initiation through completion.
