Qualifications & Experience
Minimum education of a Bachelor’s or Diploma degree (S1/D3) in any Engineering discipline.
Minimum of 3 years of work experience in construction and SPAM (Drinking Water Supply System) operations, including familiarity with HSE requirements and implementation.
Tasks & ResponsibilitiesDevelop, control, and implement HSE (K3L) programs across Construction and Operational activities.
Conduct hazard identification, risk assessment, and risk control (HIRADC) in all work areas, and ensure the availability of emergency response facilities and safety equipment in accordance with applicable standards.
Assist management in promoting and driving HSE culture
, ensuring that HSE programs are implemented effectively and efficiently.
Prepare the schedule and conduct meetings of the Occupational Safety and Health Committee (P2K3).
Prepare, review, and coordinate HSE reports
, including contractor HSE reports and operational HSE reports.
Coordinate and support the preparation of general safety training
, particularly those related to construction work such as confined space entry, risk assessment, manual handling, construction work safety, and fire-fighting training.
Ensure periodic implementation of the SMK3 (OHS Management System) internal audit
, and ensure effective follow-up actions are completed in accordance with audit findings.
